Great Meijer and Walmart Trip W/Pictures!

I'm absolutely exhausted after my trips tonight, but had a pretty good run!  The Walmart run was a little one, but it was a pretty good one.  Over all, my total was $32.66 before tax and coupons and after coupons and tax added it, I paid $9.05.  That's roughly a 72% savings!  I'll do a breakdown of products below the picture.

Oh What A Day! Rheumatologist Appointment

Sorry for no deals, but this hasn't been a very good day.  Last night, I was having a lot of pain and couldn't sleep.  Finally around 7am I was able to fall asleep, and had to get up at 10am to get around for an appointment with a rheumatologist.  The wait to get in to this guy was over 2 months!  We drove an hour there, spend just over 2hrs at the office, then had an hour drive home again. 

A few months ago I went to my family doctor complaining of joint/muscle pain, headaches, extreme fatigue, and low grade fevers.  She ran some blood work and it came back indicative of Lupus (SLE).  That's what this long awaited appointment was for.  After a very complete examination, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (FM).  He's re-running my ANA and SED Rate again.  If the ANA is still positive and my SED Rate is still high, then we have to look at a possibility of a 2nd diagnosis too, of Lupus.  

After no sleep last night, the Dr visit, making dinner and chatting with the kids about their school day, I just didn't have it in me tonight to find & post deals.  Since I'm not leaving you with a great find, I'll leave you with a picture I took of my youngest on Sunday (Photography is my passion!). My husband thought he'd be funny and shake a tree branch that she was standing under, to make leaves fall in her hair.  I hurried and snapped a picture when they were falling, and it ended up being my very favorite one!
